1. What forms of ID are accepted?
You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state identification card. The ID must be current and not expired.

2. Do you provide legal advice or draft documents?
No. Temple Express Notary is commissioned to witness and notarize signatures. We do not draft legal documents or provide legal advice. Please consult an attorney for any legal guidance.

3. What areas do you serve in person?
In-person notarizations are available in Bronx, NY and Essex County, NJ by appointment only. Remote Online Notarizations (RON) are available to clients regardless of location.

4. How can I pay for services?
We accept Zelle and Apple Pay only. Both use the phone number 347-756-9129 (or templeashlee@gmail.com for Zelle). Payment must be received before notarization is completed.

5. Do you offer rush or same-day services?
Yes. Standard requests are usually processed the same day during business hours. Rush or urgent requests may incur additional fees. Please call or text 347-756-9129 for availability.

6. What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Can you notarize a will or deed?
Temple Express Notary does not notarize wills or draft deeds. For wills, an attorney must supervise execution. For deeds or other real estate transactions, please consult with a licensed attorney or title professional.

8. What if my document is rejected after notarization?
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their document is complete and accurate before notarization. Temple Express Notary is not responsible for the content, acceptance, or use of documents after notarization.
