Remote Notarization

What it is: Remote Online Notarization (RON) allows you to complete your notarization over a secure video call. You’ll upload/email your documents, present a valid ID, and sign electronically. Once completed, you’ll receive your notarized PDF by email.

Requirements:

• Valid government-issued photo ID
  
  

• Reliable internet connection and camera access
  
  

• U.S. presence during signing
  
  

Pricing:

• $25.00 per notarization session 

  1. • Includes the $15.00 statutory notary fee plus the $10.00 online technology/compliance fee.
       
       

• +$10.00 per additional signer in the same session
