Temple Express Notary operates in full compliance with state and federal notarial laws. Please review our important policies below:

Valid Identification Required
All signers must present a current, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. Expired IDs cannot be accepted.
No Legal Advice
Temple Express Notary is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or draft legal documents. Our role is limited to verifying identity and witnessing signatures.
Completed Documents Only
Documents must be fully completed before they are notarized. Blank spaces will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Rush or same-day fees are also non-refundable once paid.
Service Areas
Remote notarization is available to clients nationwide (within the U.S.).
In-person notarization is limited to Bronx, NY and Essex County, NJ.
Confidentiality
All documents provided to Temple Express Notary are kept private and secure.

Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, it may be canceled at the notary’s discretion. Late arrivals are treated as no-shows and may not be refunded.

Refusal to Sign
If a signer refuses to sign a document once the notary is present, the appointment is still billable as scheduled.

Improper or Missing Identification
If a signer does not have valid identification at the time of the appointment, the notarization cannot proceed. Payment will not be refunded.

Right to Refuse Service
Temple Express Notary reserves the right to refuse service if fraud, coercion, or incomplete documentation is suspected.
